Dancing with Eau Claire Stars

I have been staying busy! Which I feel so blessed to be. This past Friday was an awesome, awesome event! The ECCT held their first annual "Dancing with the Eau Claire Stars," downtown. Oh my gosh, it was so fun and they had a great turnout. I just loved photographing all the dancers and their smooth moves. Enjoy a very small sampling of the night... if you didn't go this year, you should check it out next year!

Also I just want to add that I am now booked out until the end of October for the weekdays and booked up until mid-November for weekends... so if you'd like to get a shoot in with me don't wait to schedule it... call today!

Louise - 2010 Senior!

This week was a fun shoot... I met with Louise who is not only a senior, but also a foreign exchange student from Norway! She was so natural in front of the camera, I think I maybe had to say something only a couple of times during the shoot, otherwise she just worked her magic. It was also fun to learn more about her and her home country. Enjoy the photos!

Baby "M" is One!

This weekend I got to photograph Baby M's one year portraits... it's be great seeing him grow over the last year. He is a such a cutie! We also lucked out with colors as some of my trees are already starting to turn colors... I can't believe it's fall time already! Where does the time go???

Cassandra - 2010 Senior!

I met Cassandra last week for her senior portraits and... it was us VS. the mosquitoes that night. We made very good use of bug spray to try and keep them off of us. Despite the annoying interruptions we had a great session. She's an artist, so she loved being creative... what fun!

Pamela & Channing - Married!

Pamela and Channing tied the knot on Saturday near Marathon City. We did photos out at Pamela's family farm, and there were so many neat elements to the farm I think I could have photographed there all day... but we did have to get going to the church and reception, but it was great to spend what time I did at a farm that's been in their family for decades. The rest of the day was beautiful too, we also had some awesome dusk light to work with too! Congratultions!

Ashley & Paul - Married!

Ashley and Paul were married August 29th in Altoona. I loved every detail Ashley planned out for her and Paul's big day. One of my favorite parts, which I've only seen done one other time, was their first dance. They did it right when they arrived at the reception and right before dinner was served. It is such a great idea! All of the guests are seated and everyone gets to see their first dance... it just seemed so romantic! Congrats you two!
