Introducing...

My Godson! This past weekend my brother, sister-in-law, niece, and brand new nephew (Carson) came all the way from L.A. for a visit. They also had Carson baptized, and being the photographer I am I couldn't not take any photographs. So here are a few from the weekend.

Isn't he just precious!?

And he has such a good big sister!

I had to show the photo in black and white too...

My brother took Chloe for her first snowmobile ride. What a cutie!!

Strike a Pose

Last week I photographed a fun little 3-year-old girl. I kept telling her what a model she was, it was so cute how she would strike a pose... I think I should have been playing Madonna for her instead of Nursery Rhymes.

Tom & Rachael

Tom and Rachael were married on November 10th in Duluth, Mn. They had a beautiful wedding in the Cathedral, and boy was the bride one tough cookie. It was freezing cold outside, there was some snow and sleet, but no matter what she was going to do outdoor photos. Which I think is AWESOME! There's nothing like outdoor photos. We got some great shots as you'll see.

This was also my last wedding for 2007, it was a great year! I want to thank all of my couples for being so great to work with and I'm looking forward to 2008!

I love the solitude feeling of this shot. This was just before he saw his bride.

Love the relaxed/wind-blown look

Little Miss Blue/Brown Eyes

This week I photographed an adorable 1 year-old girl who has such neat eyes. She's also quite the happy little girl. I certainly had a hard time picking just a few photos to post. Enjoy!

Sisterly Love

I photographed a family of four in their home over the weekend. It was a lot of fun and even though the younger sister was not happy about the shirt she had to wear we still got some great portraits! Here are a few of my favorites.

I LOVE this photo!

Couple of goof balls!

Winter Wonderland

This family session was originally scheduled for Saturday, the day of the big snow storm, but that morning I called and we debated waiting to do the session and in the end we postponed it for a day. Which could not have been a better decision. The mom said she prayed for snow, well I think God was listening. Enjoy!

I had to include this photo, the little boy was so cold at this point it took every strength in his body to muster up a smile, we did eventually get one, but I though his expression in this shot is priceless.

After this shot they commented something about how they still know how to kiss. Looks to me like they have had plenty of "practice." :)
