Bobbi & Dan

Bobbi and Dan got married on the famous date of 7.7.07. They were a great couple to work with, it was very hard for me to pick only 5 photos to post. If you look closely I also used one of their photos for the header of my blog. Great couple with lots of great shots from their day! Congratulations!

This was the result of me asking the groomsmen to pick on the groom :)

We went to the Marshfield Zoo, where Dan proposed and snapped a few shots. I love the contrast of the brick wall and old windows against them.

Bobbi did a great job incorporating all kinds of special details from their lives into the big day. I hope I captured them all!

Family Time

Last week I photographed a group of cousins. Three girls and three boys. The girls loved the photo shoot and were working their thang the whole time. I think the boys finally came around during the "run" photos. Here are few from the session. Enjoy!

Julia's Maternity

Last week I photographed Julia along with her husband and mother for some maternity portraits. I love doing maternity portraits because there is something really beautiful and mysterious about an expectant mother. I ended up with some really beautiful and intimate photographs. Here a couple of my favorites. Congratulations to the soon to be parents!

This portrait of Julia and her mother is absolutely beautiful! Julia is having a girl, so it's wonderful to have the three women together before the little one actually gets here.

Maddox Portraits

Little Maddox was just 3 weeks old in these photographs. He is just such a cute tiny guy. He was happiest when Mommy or Daddy was holding him, and despite a few accidents the session went great! Here are a few of my favorites. Welcome to the world Maddox!

I love how he's curled up in this photograph and he's sucking on his hand.

Kayla and Luke's Wedding

On June 16 I photographed Kayla and Luke's wedding. This was a special wedding for me as they were the first couple to book me for their wedding after I had officially began my career as a professional wedding photographer. Congratulations to them! And here are a few of my favorite photos from that day.

It was so cute, she would just nestle in his shoulder when they danced.

I caught the adorable flower girl trying to peek into the church.

Hello!

Like many photographers I have decided to start a blog that chronicles my experiences through the shutter. I have been taking photographs for many years, but in March of '06 I decided to take that passion to a professional level and haven't looked back since. I am amazed at the response to my work. So I'd like to thank all those that believed in me and gave me the opportunity to capture their life in some special way. So I will of course be adding photos on here often. Most recently I did some senior pictures for Courtney from Greenwood. She was a little nervous to start with but quickly warmed up and the result were some of these fantastic shots. She definitely has powerful eyes!
