Thank You!!

As a wedding photographer when a couple chooses me to be part of their wedding day that's more than I could ever ask for, and when they tell me how much they love their photos thats icing on the cake. Well yesterday I was so pleasantly surprised and shocked when I found out how much my work meant.

So I want to send a very big Thank you to Ann and Bob, who's wedding I photographed earlier this summer, for surprising me yesterday with a getaway weekend to Wisconsin Dells. I am still speechless and shocked over your very generous gesture. I am also so happy that you love your wedding photos and enjoyed working with me that much! I will take some pictures of course and post a recap of the weekend.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! You guys rock!

Miles!

I went back down to Rod & Gun Park this week to photograph 6 month old Miles. He is so cute with his little chubby cheeks! He was also such a good baby! Except he kind of got sick of looking at me real fast because every time he did he saw a flash, but we still got some adorable shots.

Little Miles was more interested in eating the leaves than he was in anything else here. It was so funny watching him grab leaf after leaf to eat and his mom constantly trying to keep them out of his hands.

Family Time

This week I went down to Rod & Gun Park a couple of times for some sessions. Below is the first one. We did some family photos, including some really cute mother & daughter portraits!

This was not posed at all, we were getting set up for some family portraits and I caught this moment. I love it!

The leaves are really starting to look beautiful with their colors.

These two look like they could be paintings. I love the little leaf in her hand!

Corey & Sarah

Corey and Sarah were married on September 8th in Altoona. They had a beautiful wedding using several kinds of color, which is always fun to photograph with! There were a lot of wonderful moments caught on "film" that day. Enjoy!

Sassy shoes!

I hope he got his shot!

Awww... natural window light one of my favs!

More natural window light... oh I likes!

I thought this was cute!

I just love this shot!

Kim & Kevin

Kim and Kevin tied the knot on September first. They had a beautiful day. They got married at Lake St. Methodist Church and then had the reception out at Wild Ridge. Which I never knew until this wedding what a beautiful atmosphere it offered. We also got some great shots from the day. Enjoy!

How many bridesmaids does it take to dress a bride? :)

I LOVE Stain Glass Windows, and unfortunately you don't see them as often any more.
This is such a beautiful shot using only the natural light from the window.

The poor little ring bearer got all wore out from his walk down the isle!

Just beautiful!

Amber & Jeriame

I haven't posted for awhile been busy, busy, busy photographing, which is not a bad thing at all... I've now gone full-time into photography! Yay! I'm also coming out with new wedding and studio packages this fall. I'm super excited about my wedding packages... couples will now get an awesome album that is custom designed for their wedding! They are awesome! That's all I have to say.

On to Amber and Jeriame... they were a great couple to work with and photograph. I think I'm spoiled as a photographer because every wedding I do is so much fun and the couples are a blast and Amber and Jeriame were no exception. They had a lovely ceremony in Stanley and the reception was at Kamp Kenwood on Lake Wissota. I am SO excited about their photographs because we did their portraits just as the sun was setting, which is my favorite light to photograph with and I never get to do this for weddings... so it made my day knowing I could provide some great shots you only get with this kind of light. See for yourself...

What a gorgeous sunset and beautiful shot... I love it!

The ring bearer and flower girl were so cute and awesome picture takers!

The lighting is so awesome in this photograph!

These girls knew how to work it in front of the camera...
