Susie & Rudy - Married!

Susie and Rudy were married on October 24th... and what a fun couple! Their church was so gorgeous, and the shoot afterward outside was so fun. Susie was so happy to be married and having such a good time with her new husband and friends, how could I not get great shots! Enjoy!

Another "H"Family

Last week, a family I'm very fond of came by for some photos. I've known them for a few years now... the parents' wedding was actually the very first wedding I ever photographed solo. So it is awesome to see them again and again over their years and their family.

We really lucked out with the weather the day they were here. Beautiful sunshine and great temperatures. The little guy was such a ham for the camera!! The little girl, well she would be laughing and smiling until the second she saw the camera, then it was an automatic serious face. It kind of reminded me of that dancing frog in the cartoon. Who would only dance for his owner and as soon as anyone else was around he didn't do a thing. Too funny!

Josh & Brenda - Married!

Josh and Brenda were married on October 17th in Onalaska. The day started out a little sketchy for weather, but by the time the ceremony was over the sun was shinning and the temps were great. Josh has been a long time friend of my husband and I, so it was great to be able to capture the day for them... he is such a funny guy. I always laugh around him... and so does his bride :)

I photographed this little guy and his brother the other and of course had to add it to my blog. It was great to see them again... we got some cute shots of him by the pumpkins even though he wasn't too crazy about being in the cold... the things you do for photos!

Joe & Patz - Married!

Almost all caught up on my posts! Last weekend I photographed Joe and Patz's wedding nuptials. They had originally planned a beautiful outdoor wedding on the lake, but the frigid temperatures caused things to get moved inside. Still, we did outdoor photos and it was so cold I think it almost could have been classified as a mild form of torture :)

But either way I'm so glad we did, the sky was beautiful and no matter what the weather is, I'm always going to LOVE outdoor photos. Nothing compares.

Nicki - 2010 Senior!

Last week I also had the pleasure of meeting Nicki and taking her senior photos. The poor girl had been battling the flu the entire week leading up to her shoot, and we didn't even know if we'd have to reschedule or not. Luckily we didn't and everything went great, from the weather, the lighting, to the images themselves!

Katie - 2010 Senior!

Katie was actually one of my senior reps this spring, and she wanted to come back this fall for some more photos. Thankfully we got together when we did, because it looks like winter is making a very early appearance this year! Hard to believe it was about a week ago when she was wearing shorts!
