Melissa & Adam

Melissa and Adam were married on July 12th up in Ladysmith. They had the best first dance I've ever seen! It was so cool and all of the guests totally enjoyed and it really got their party started! We also had some great outdoor lighting that evening for their photos that I had to take advantage of.

Floating on the Air

I had meant to post these photos a while ago, but time and work just got away from me. About a month ago we surprised my husband's grandpa and his mom with a hot air balloon ride for their birthdays. It was his grandpa's 75th and he's talked about doing this for years so we finally decided to make it happen.

My husband's grandpa is probably the sweetest, kindest man a person could ever meet. He'd do anything to help a person out. It was so great to see him get treated to one of his dreams! He was just like a little child that day.

Soon 2 Be Mama Mia

I've had the theme song from "Mama Mia" in my head since yesterday, so as I post this that song keeps running through my head over and over. Last week when I photographed the two children below I was also able to take some maternity photos. What a gorgeous girl! She is due really soon, which is hard to believe.

Fun in the Sun

I photographed a brother and sister and what fun. The little boy, is true boy. He ran and played and hardly sat still, but what a sweetie! His sister is quite the girly girl. She kept showing me all kinds of different poses and LOVED having her photo taken. She made my job a piece of cake. Here are a few from the day.

Beautiful Baby Boy

If you read my blog regularly you know I recently became an Aunt again. He has been such a wonderful addition! I could just sit and star at him for hours, he's so cute and precious! I had the pleasure of taking his newborn photos this past weekend.

I told dad to bring some things that represent him and he did a great job of doing so. We got some great shots as a result. Enjoy photos of my wonderful new nephew!

Brandi & Scott! Brandi & Scott! Brandi & Scott! Just reliving a little cheer that was said a few times on their big day, which was June 28th. It was a gorgeous wedding! They had every detail planned out beautifully. Luckily we were able to get some outdoor shots of the happy couple literally seconds before a huge downpour came. I don't think I've ever seen a bride run so fast in heels :)

Sisters!

Nothing better than sisterly love. I've photographed the little girl in these photos before, but now she has a brand new sister. She loves her sister so much, its so cute to see them together. I can't wait to see baby girl grow and change, that's probably one of the best parts of my job!

Heather & Luke

Heather and Luke were married on June 21st and they were a great couple to work with. Luke had the biggest smile all day! I could tell he was so happy to be marrying Heather. Everything was beautiful, including the all the people involved. Enjoy!
